InnoSpring is the first Sino-American incubator in Silicon Valley.

Innospring focuses on helping companies attain cross-border success between China and the United States. With strong partners such as TusPark, Shui On Group, Northern Light Venture Capital and Silicon Valley Bank, Innospring provides funding and incubation for startups and aid for American companies interested in expanding into China. 

For many startups and companies, China is an attractive market for expansion. Many companies, such as GroupOn, have attempted to expand into China. However, most of these American companies who were successful in the US found themselves losing to local Chinese replicates. A large part of the defeat comes from a lack of understanding of the Chinese market and business environment, which is different from the American market and environment. Innospring offers valuable resources to American companies interested in the Chinese market.

Innospring is located in Santa Clara and set to launch later this year. The winners from the Second Annual North American Start-up Contest Summit will be some of the first to participate in Innospring.
